Player Scouting

We identify and assess footballers across West Africa, building a verified picture of each player before anyone signs anything.

Our scouting work is the foundation of everything else we do. We watch players in their own environment — academy sessions, local leagues, national youth setups — and build an honest profile of ability, temperament and potential before introducing anyone to a club.

Talent Representation & Player Management

Full representation for the players on our books — contracts, transfers and the day-to-day decisions that shape a career.

Once a player signs with us, we act for them. That means negotiating on their behalf, managing the relationship with their club, and giving them a steady point of contact through every stage of a career rather than only at transfer time.

Sports PR & Media Management

Building the visibility a player needs to be noticed — and protecting the reputation that keeps them there.

Talent alone rarely travels. We handle how a player is presented to clubs, media and supporters, from profile material and highlight packages through to media relations and the way a story is told when it matters most.

Youth Development & Trials Preparation

Preparing young players for the moment a trial arrives, so the opportunity is not wasted on being unready.

A trial is often a single week that decides a career. We work with young players well before that point — on conditioning, on the demands of European football, and on the practical side of travel and paperwork — so they arrive able to show what they can actually do.

    We watch you play

    Scouting starts in person. We assess players where they already are — academies, local leagues and youth national setups across West Africa.

    We build your profile

    Footage, assessment and background come together into a profile a club can act on, rather than a highlight reel with nothing behind it.

    We prepare you

    Before a trial or a move, we work on readiness — the football side, the demands of a new league, and the travel and documentation around it.

    We represent you

    From first contract to renewal and transfer, we negotiate on your behalf and stay the constant point of contact through your career.
